Information you provide

The assessment form asks for your name, email, phone number, installation address, city, state, ZIP code, property ownership and type, roof type, monthly electricity spend, battery interest and installation timeframe. The submission also includes the source website, landing-page URL and a TrustedForm certificate reference.

If you email us, we receive the message and information you choose to include. Please do not send identification documents, account passwords or sensitive financial records.

How information is used and shared

We use quote-request details to arrange installer matching and partner follow-up, respond to inquiries and operate the service. Requests are sent through our lead-delivery service, Fluid, for processing and onward delivery to independent solar partners. Partners may contact you using the details you provide.

Our hosting, analytics, email and form-verification providers also process information needed for their services. Independent partners have their own privacy practices; ask a partner directly how it handles information and how to stop its communications.

Analytics and form verification

This site includes Vercel Web Analytics to measure site visits and usage. The deployed host also loads a Cloudflare Insights beacon. The quote form loads the third-party TrustedForm verification script and includes a certificate reference with a submitted request. The script is configured to provide the referring page.

Your browser and hosting services exchange technical information when loading the site, such as requested pages and network information. For questions about tracking or a specific visit, contact our privacy email.

Retention

We retain information as needed to respond to requests, arrange matching, operate the service and address disputes or applicable recordkeeping obligations. A single fixed retention period is not specified here. Ask us about retention or deletion of your records using the privacy email below.

Retention by independent solar partners is governed by their own practices. Contact a partner directly about information it already received.

Privacy choices and requests

Use our Do Not Sell page to open a pre-addressed privacy email. The request is not submitted until you send the email. Include the email address used for your quote request and explain whether you want to stop future sharing, request access or correction, or ask for deletion.

Opening the email link does not confirm receipt or complete a request. Ask us to confirm the action taken. To stop contact from an independent partner, contact that partner as well.
